Unlocking Potential

Currently, there are 27,000 students with mild special education needs in the mainstream education system in Singapore.

What happens after they graduate?

As leaders and supervisors:

How do we support the growth of these fresh job seekers, manage our team and organisational goals?

The Unlocking Potential handbook addresses the little known Landau-Kleffner Syndrome (LKS), opening a window for us to witness the full dimension of their lived lives.

The Landau-Kleffner Syndrome (LKS) only happens at childhood. It is an auditory agnosia - the inability to recognise sounds heard and in turn, challenges in speech expression.

The header says β€œWhen I was 10, a rare childhood condition happened to me.” Following which, are torn up pieces of hospital reports revealing the diagnosis.
